In addition to routine appointments with the doctor or practice nurse, we provide the following specialist clinics:

 

 

 

Dietician

Please arrange an appointment with the receptionist to see the dietician.

 

Chronic Disease Clinics including Asthma, Respiratory Diabetic and Heart Disease Clinics

Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse.

 

Chiropody

Please arrange an appointment through the receptionist.

 

Mental Health and Counselling Service

Morag offers a fortnightly clinic at the Surgery. Please see the doctor for referal.

 

Disabled Access

All parts of the surgery can be accessed by a wheelchair. However, if you have any difficulties, please do ask the receptionist for help. A bell is located next to the parking bay adjoining the surgery.

 

Hearing Impaired

At reception we operate a loop system to help those patients with hearing impairment.

 

Chaperone Service

A chaperone service is available if needed or requested.

 

Feedback including complaints

We are interested in your comments, favourable or otherwise. These may be addressed either verbally to a member of staff or in writing to our practice manager, Jennie.

 

Our aim is to give the highest possible standard of service. However should you have a complaint, please write to our appropriate department manager. This will be acknowledged within two working days and a more detailed response in ten working days.
