PRACTICE NURSES

 

Sarah and Jill are our practice nurses. Prior to coming to Court Thorn Surgery Sarah was an anaesthetic and theatre sister while Jill previously worked as a District Nurse.  At the surgery they have responsibility for taking blood samples, cervical smears, wound dressings, travel vaccination advice, all childhood vaccinations, and will give contraceptive advice. They run special clinics for patients with asthma, diabetes and those patients with cardiac problems. Sarah has a particular interest in treatment of diabetes.

Practice Nurses
