Your rights and responsibilities

We aim to provide an excellent service, to be responsive to your needs and efficient in providing general medical care. To do so, we need your support and co-operation. So, for example:

Please attend in good time for your appointments. If you do not keep to time, this can delay other patients receiving care
Please cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend; another person could be seen in your place
Please do not abuse the urgent system with non-urgent problems
Please inform us promptly if you move to a new address or change your telephone number. If you are under the care of a hospital, or awaiting an appointment, notify them too.
