Dr Grainger can perform minor surgery within the practice. Simple skin lesions such as sebaceous cysts, lipomas, skin tags, and other benign growths are removed.
These procedures are performed under local anaesthetic at the surgery.
Please discuss any concerns you have about skin lumps or bumps with your usual GP and if they feel removal is justified they will make a minor surgery appointment.
Dr Grainger is also trained in joint injections.
Minor Surgery is a 20 minute appointment with both Dr Grainger and one of the practice nurses.
